HNP-series Needle Hydrophone
The HNP needle hydrophone is the de facto standard for doppler mode measurements offering a flat response and wide directivity.
Key Features and Benefits
- Piezopolymer sensing element
- Needle shape with low reflection profile
- Flat and wide frequency response
- Various apertures available
Related Products
The HNP Series needle hydrophones are excellent sensors for laboratory use in ultrasonic field mapping, with pinpoint access and good spatial resolution. While they have lower sensitivity than the HNC series, these hydrophones have a flatter response and better directivity.
